Who we are

A proper venue built for players who take the game seriously.

“We built the room we always wished existed — zero lag, real chairs, and people who actually know the meta.”

Neon Treasure Empire opened on Hanbury Street in 2021 after years of running pop-up LAN nights across East London. Every station is wired with 2.5Gb fibre, calibrated 240Hz panels and a hot-swap library of over 300 titles, so you sit down and play within sixty seconds of tapping in.

Whether you’re grinding ranked, hosting a 20-player birthday, or recording a stream in our acoustic booth, the floor team keeps things running — driver updates, peripheral swaps, drinks and snacks brought to your seat.

Player reviews

What the regulars say.

Verified reviews from players who game with us week in, week out.

Hit Immortal in Valorant grinding their Tuesday ladder. The 4090 rigs run dead-flat at 240fps and the shoutcaster actually knows the game. Best practice room in London.

Booked the VR arena for my son’s 12th and the host ran the whole thing. Six kids, zero chaos, and the pizza from Brick Lane was a lovely touch. We’ll be back.

I record my stream in Booth 01 every Sunday. Walking out with an edited VOD ready to post has genuinely doubled my upload schedule. Worth every pound.

The console pods are unreal for FIFA nights — 4K OLED, comfy couch and a door you can actually shut. Me and the lads basically live here on weekends now.

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need before your first session on Hanbury Street.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever stations are free, and our live floor counter on this page shows availability in real time. We strongly recommend booking for Friday and Saturday evenings, and for any group of six or more, as those slots regularly sell out.

Under-16s are welcome until 20:00 with an accompanying adult, after which the floor is 16+ with valid ID. Esports ladders and the streaming studio are 18+. Birthday bookings for younger players are run as private, hosted sessions.

Every rig wipes back to a clean image when you log out, so nothing you sign into is left behind. We recommend using Steam Cloud or your platform login so your saves and settings follow you, and we never store credentials.

Absolutely. Every station has free USB and 3.5mm ports, and our console pods accept your own pads. If you forget yours, our lending library covers keyboards, mice, headsets, fight sticks and controllers at no extra charge.

We are open seven days a week from 10:00 to 02:00, with last station entry at 01:00. The kitchen serves until midnight and the streaming studio takes its final booking at 23:00.

Yes — a full menu of hot food, soft drinks and barista coffee is brought to your seat. The ground floor and accessible toilet are step-free, and four height-adjustable stations are available; just let us know when you book.
